THE PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS<\/h1><\/div>[vc_empty_space height=”55px”]
STEP 1 \u2013 CONSULTANCY \/ DESIGNING<\/h5><\/p>\n
    \n
  • 1.1. Development of a conceptual design and presentation of the suggested solutions to the client<\/li>\n
  • \n
      \n
    • – Preparing conceptual design for the best technical solution, based on a client\u2019s wishes and requirements, which already takes into account all the physical limitations, as well as a rough estimate of required technical equipment<\/li>\n
    • – Presentation of the suggested project\u2019s technical solution to the client with detailed financial estimate of the cost of implementation<\/li>\n
    • – Client\u2019s approval of the proposed solutions and harmonization of all the technological requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • 1.2. Design of a control system and production of wiring diagrams, with an inventory of all installed components\n
        \n
      • – Preparation of a project solution and appropriate project documentation (building permit, detailed design)<\/li>\n
      • – Production of electrical wiring diagrams with the distribution of elements in control cabinets and counters<\/li>\n
      • – Preparation of a complete inventory of materials for an order of installed components<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        STEP 2 \u2013 PRODUCTION<\/h5><\/p>\n
          \n
        • 2.1. Supply of control and regulating components, switchgears, and ancillary equipment<\/li>\n
        • 2.2. Production and binding of control cabinets, control counters, and other devices\n
            \n
          • – Production of a control cabinet with all the cuttings, lighting, air conditioning, filters, fans, etc.<\/li>\n
          • – Installation of the elements on the mounting plate in accordance with the electrical documentation<\/li>\n
          • – Wiring of all the elements and of the entire control to the terminals or connectors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
          • 2.3. Production of a control software, HMI interfaces and control system\n
              \n
            • – Production of basic software for the functional operation of the designed control (PLC program)<\/li>\n
            • – Production of a software for HMI interface with graphic symbols and pictures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
            • 2.4. Testing of the control\u2019s basic functional operation and protection\n
                \n
              • – Installation of the software and functional operating test for I\/O units and other controls<\/li>\n
              • –\u00a0Setting the power protection for hardware and software<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
              • 2.5. Inspection and measurement of machinery and equipment at the customer\n
                  \n
                • – Execution of all the necessary measurements for the installation of the control and other ancillary equipment on the installation object<\/li>\n
                • – Production of a suspension console and ancillary construction for the installation of the entire electrical equipment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
                • 2.6. Production of cable routes and cabling\n
                    \n
                  • – Production and installation of suspension consoles, cable trays, pipes, and cable routes<\/li>\n
                  • – Installation of power cables and other control and signal leads<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                    STEP 3 \u2013 INSTALLATION<\/h5><\/p>\n
                      \n
                    • 3.1.\u00a0Installation of all the control and regulating equipment, as well as all the ancillary devices (control cabinets, limit switches, flow, pressure, temperature, and force meters etc.)<\/li>\n
                    • – Installation of all the electrical equipment with suitable mechanical protection<\/li>\n
                    • 3.2.\u00a0Binding and electrical connection of all of the control system components<\/li>\n
                    • –\u00a0Connecting all components of the electrical equipment.<\/li>\n
                    • – Implementation of all grounding connections and potential equalization<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                      STEP 4 \u2013 TESTING<\/h5><\/p>\n
                        \n
                      • 4.1. Testing and setting of all limit values and reference positions on the device<\/li>\n
                      • – Connecting electrical equipment to the power and setting all switches, sensors, transmitters, etc.<\/li>\n
                      • – Proper calibration of measuring devices and setting of all the reference fluxes<\/li>\n
                      • 4.2. Functional performance tests and roll-out<\/li>\n
                      • – Starting functional tests for all of the equipment on the individual stages and system as a whole<\/li>\n
                      • 4.3. Implementation of electrical measurements<\/li>\n
                      • – After a functional test and other successfully completed tests follows an implementation of measurement and test operation of safeguards<\/li>\n
                      • –\u00a0Creating a measurement protocol for the performed measurements<\/li>\n
                      • 4.4. Hardware and software optimization<\/li>\n
                      • – Proper software optimization for the optimal performance characteristics of an entire device or line<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                        STEP 5 \u2013 DOCUMENTATION \/ COLLECTION<\/h5><\/p>\n
                          \n
                        • 5.1. Preparation of the project of implemented works, operation and maintenance manual<\/li>\n
                        • 5.2. Delivery of the project documentation to the customer<\/li>\n
                        • 5.3. Final hand-over test with functional test and verification of agreed results<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
